I'm told it's the phone when a customer calls. Well then they never answer the phone. I can't shop there without being annoyed by the gong on the pa. When I shop at other targets I don't hear annoying noise from pa. UPDATE. STOPPED IN TODAY AND SURE ENOUGH THE GONG BELL RINGS FROM THE CEILING SPEAKER. MUST BE ANOTHER PHONE CALL TO STORE. IT RINGS 10 OR MORE TIMES BEFORE IT WAS ANSWERED OR CUSTOMER GOT MAD AND HUNG UP.
