  Brought an iPhone full price from @TMobile and told her I only needed the service for 30 days and needed to bring the phone to Europe after my vacay in Ohio. The rep. sold it to me without stating the phone is not unlocked, and I can’t return it or unlock it without losing money. She was only focus on get her commission instead of helping me out. @TMobile you suck and your customer service sucks. To tell me I should have asked beforehand instead of finding a solution to keep me as a past and future customer and my family and friends as current customers is horrible.
