  WORST customer service. Called to see if they had the part we needed and the guy(Tylor) asked if he could place me on a brief hold, almost ten minutes go by and by that point we're at the store so my boyfriend went inside and saw that he had me on hold for so long because him and his coworker were talking to a girl they knew, ignoring customers. Also swearing as they were talking inside the store. Then FINALLY they decided to help my boyfriend and Tylor came outside to the car to put the license plate light in, then told us he couldn't because there was "too much in the way to get to it" and then wouldn't let us borrow the tools to do it ourselves because they were closing. As he was standing by the car he was also swearing as he talked, which I really didn't appreciate considering our two year old daughter was in the backseat who repeats things, like kids do. When my boyfriend said we needed to put them in, he was told "it's fine we never get pulled over for that, just show them the new bulbs if you get stopped" that's your solution?! We will for sure be taking our business elsewhere from now on, and recommending everyone else we know to do the same
