  If you like expensive furniture, and a car buying experience, then this is a great place for you! I've met the owner, and talked to him at length, not about furniture but about business dealings. He was very nice, and enjoyable to talk to. He loves the thrill of winning a sale, but unfortunately shunned me when I wouldn't play the "sales game". He was disappointed that I was truthful, honest, and transparent, and attempted to use that to his advantage by strong arming me to lower my offer. On the other hand, their furniture is beautiful and browsing the store is a pleasurable adventure. Everyone I met was polite, friendly and helpful. They've been an institution in Elyria for so long, that I think their showroom may be historical. You don't have longevity like that for no reason. I've know a handful of people who own furniture from here and I've never heard any complaints.
